I do not want one woman sitting home that really has a desire to get strong and healthy simply because they don’t feel comfortable!
My studio will help you to feel at ease and we will personally guide you through your first steps, including modifications for your fitness level and teaching you HOW to do the exercises correctly.
Our new “Fit Beginnings” small group training sessions do just that…

We Are Glad You Asked!
We are so proud of the precautions and care our clients have been taking during this time. As state laws change we will also keep our policies and procedures in accordance as best as we can...
To keep the studio safe we have special steps in place:
All clients are asked to wear or bring a clean pair of shoes to change in to while at the studio to keep the floors clean
All clients are asked to wash their hands or use hand sanitizer upon entering the building
We clean EACH piece of equipment after EVERY TIME it is used
We sanitize touchable surfaces throughout the day
MASKS: Please wear a mask in to the studio we will be stationed in pods that are 12 feet apart to maintain social distancing.
With it getting nicer out- we have the doors and windows open when possible or the Air Purifier on to provide fresh air.
If a client has been in contact with someone that tested positive for COVID we request that they stay home for the recommended quarantine of 2 weeks.
We are happy to send these clients full length workout videos to do at home and we will check in with them to make sure they are staying on track!
🙂SOCIAL DISTANCING: By keeping our small group sessions to a limit of 6-7 , we have no problem spreading out in our 3500 sqft facility.

What if I have Injuries?
We have all of our potential Fit Beginnings clients fill out an application
So that we can learn more about their bodies. We’ll hop on a call with you before you join so that we can make sure this program is a good fit for you. I specialize in corrective exercise so unless you are not released from your Doctor this program should be a great fit!
What If I have Never Been Part Of A Fitness Program In A Gym Before?
This is EXACTLY who this program is for. Because everyone in this program is a beginner there is no reason to be intimidated. We are all on the same level.
Life Happens. If you have to miss a session we allow for you to come to any of our other small group training sessions as a make up class.
Don’t worry, our trainers will know that you are from the Fit Beginnings program and give you extra attention.
We usually ask our Fit Beginnings ladies to wait until after week 2 to get their make up classes in just to make sure they have gained a certain level of confidence and ability. We want this to be a great experience for you all the way through!
What If I Have To Miss A Workout?
Yes and No. If you let us know ahead of time and arrange it with us- yes you can hop into another session time or if you happen to be gone a week you can make up the sessions before or after but THIS MUST BE DISCUSSED AND APPROVED AHEAD OF TIME!
Can I do My Make Up Sessions After The 4 Week Program Is Over?
Yes! Many of our ladies come to us before or after work, For your convenience we have a bathroom with shower. We use to provide towels- at this time we are not doing that so please bring your own and if you are showering let us know as we were just able to open them back up but no current client uses them...
Do You Have A Shower Or Changing Area At The Studio?
What If I find That I Am Too Fit For The Fit Beginnings Program?
Our whole mission here at inMotion is RESULTS… We do not want to hold anyone back!If you find that you are much more fit than most of the members in fit beginnings we are happy to let you move over to our other small group training sessions or classes for the remainder of your program. We encourage ladies to wait to do this until after Week 1 because we cover some very important foundational movements and muscle activation to teach you that will serve you well in your upcoming workouts… and your life!
What do I need to bring?
Yourself and a positive- fun attitude and clean shoes, a towel if you want a sweat towel as we no longer provide those, water and some hard work:) Join with a friend and Save $20!
